This link will allow you to register for Fall sports. In the top right corner, create an account.

You will initially use the parent's name to make the Family account.

Once you enter the Bound Union Grove site via the link, you will go to Registration at the top of the page and click Activities.

From there, you will have to click "create an account".

Once the family account is created, you will add + your child/children (one at a time).

Then you may begin the registration process by clicking “Register” on the dashboard.

During the process, you will be asked to take a snapshot or upload the physical and add the date. Have this ready!

The athletic fee is paid at the end of the registration process. You cannot be "cleared" to practice without paying the $100 fee.

If the athlete's physical has not expired, you can download it from Skyward (under the Health tab) and upload it to Bound.

The Bound completed registration is essentially the athlete’s practice permit. Coaches can see who has completed that sport's registration.

Again, athletes will not receive the old paper practice permit.
