Poster Presentation Information (English)

The poster presentations will be available in two formats:

1. Printed Poster Presentation
   For in-person participation, including local students and professors.

2. Video Poster Presentation
   For online participants, including postgraduate students and professors from other cities in Brazil or abroad who are unable to attend in person.

Important Deadlines & Instructions:

• Submission of Abstracts
  Those interested in presenting a printed poster must submit a 1-page abstract via the registration form.
  For video poster presentations, a 3-page abstract is required.
  All abstracts must be submitted by March 29, 2026.

• Approval Notification
  The Organizing Committee will send an email by April 25, 2026, informing you whether your abstract has been accepted.  Accepted posters must follow this Printed Poster Template.

• Video Poster Submission
  Accepted presenters will have 7 days to submit a video link (Google Drive) of their presentation, which should not exceed 10 minutes.
  The video should showcase the poster using slides and can be in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  The video link must be sent to: iomd@ufv.br.  The accepted works that are presented at the event will be published in our mathematics journal, JMAT-UFV, ISSN 2675-987X.
  
  

• Important Video Submission Notes:
  1- Ensure that the video link is available for download; otherwise, the presentation will not be uploaded to YouTube and will not be accepted. 

2- The video presentations will be available on the Math Days YouTube Channel from May 4th to 8th.

3- Presenters will receive a Google Meet link via email and must be available during the poster session on the date indicated in their acceptance email.
4- Participants can meet and discuss posters with the presenters through the links provided in the event schedule.

 Informações sobre Apresentação de Pôsteres (Portugês)

As apresentações de pôsteres estarão disponíveis em dois formatos:

1. Apresentação de Pôster Impresso
   Para participação presencial, incluindo estudantes e professores locais.

2. Apresentação de Pôster em Vídeo
   Para participantes online, incluindo estudantes de pós-graduação e professores de outras cidades do Brasil ou do exterior que não puderem participar presencialmente.
   
   

Prazos e Instruções Importantes:

• Envio de Resumos
  Quem tiver interesse em apresentar um pôster impresso deve enviar um resumo de 1 página através do formulário de inscrição. Para pôsteres em vídeo, é necessário enviar um resumo de 3 páginas.
  Todos os resumos devem ser enviados até 29 de março de 2026.

• Notificação de Aprovação
  A Comissão Organizadora enviará um e-mail até 25 de abril de 2026 informando se o resumo foi aceito.
  Os pôsteres aceitos devem seguir este Modelo de Pôster Impresso.

• Envio de Pôster em Vídeo
  Os autores de pôsteres aceitos terão 7 dias para enviar um link do vídeo (Google Drive) de sua apresentação, que não deve exceder 10 minutos.
  O vídeo deve apresentar o pôster utilizando slides e pode ser em inglês, português ou espanhol.
  O link do vídeo deve ser enviado para: iomd@ufv.br.
  
  

• Observações Importantes sobre o Envio do Vídeo:

  1. Certifique-se de que o link do vídeo esteja disponível para download; caso contrário, a apresentação não será publicada no YouTube e não será aceita.

  2. As apresentações em vídeo estarão disponíveis no Canal do YouTube do evento de 4 a 8 de maio.

  3. Os apresentadores receberão um link do Google Meet por e-mail e devem estar disponíveis durante a sessão de pôsteres na data indicada no e-mail de aceitação.

  4. Os participantes poderão se encontrar e discutir os pôsteres com os autores por meio dos links fornecidos na programação do evento.
