Schedule Week of 10/5

Congratulations to the whole band on a strong outing yesterday. We continue to move the show along this week!

Next week's schedule may look different than what is on the calendar. There will not be rehearsal next Monday, 10/12. But please be flexible and ready to adapt on Tuesday 10/13, as that rehearsal time may change. 

Schedule highlights for this week: 

- Band parent meeting, Wednesday at 7:15 p.m.

- Competition at Seneca HS Saturday, 10/10

- Allentown Fall Fest this Sunday, 10/11

Monday 10/5

3:15-4:30: Percussion sectional

5:00-8:00 p.m.: Full band rehearsal (band room opens at 3:15)

Tuesday 10/6

3:30-5:00 p.m.: Guard sectional

Wednesday 10/7

4:15 p.m.: Winds sectional

5:00-8:00: Full band rehearsal (band room opens at 4:00)

7:15 p.m.: Band parent meeting

Saturday 10/10 - Competition @Seneca HS

11:30 a.m.: Full band rehearsal

1:30: Eat, pack, load (EPL)

3:00: Depart AHS

3:45: Arrival at Seneca HS

6:05 p.m.: Performance

7:20: Awards

8:30-9:00 p.m.: Estimated arrival at AHS

Available for purchase at the gate, usually not very expensive.

Food

Available for purchase at competition. Members should bring food for EPL and post-show.

Sunday 10/11 - Allentown Fall Festival

11:30 a.m.: Rehearsal/Warmup at Allentown HS; bring flip folders (please arrive in the bottom half of your uniform) (Please note that you will have to take a detour around town to go to AHS – please plan accordingly and leave PLENTY of time to get to the school)

12:45 p.m.: Fall Festival standstill performance in downtown Allentown*

1:45 p.m.: Dismissal from AHS

+We will march down to the Festival. We will be wearing full uniform, as if it were a competition. We will perform pep music as well as our show. We perform near our Scarecrow Booth. Please bring your flip folder of music

+Pit will be performing at Fall Festival.
