International Students: You do not have to be a US citizen, or reside in the US to apply. However, we have a limited travel budget, which may mean we can only cover part of your travel costs if you are coming from far away. We can cover your food, lodging and offset transportation costs to the field course, but it is very difficult (if not impossible) to provide the stipend to non-US residents. We cannot cover the cost of obtaining a passport, visa or any other required documents to enter the US, and you must have a valid passport and any required visas before we can book travel for you. Additionally, We cannot offer a stipend to international students due to UF and federal policies. Please contact us for more information about participating as an international student.
To be considered for participation, you will need:

We respect your privacy , but details about your disability and how it impacts food requirements/restrictions, lodging, transportation, and daily schedules will need to be shared with the project team.
For non-US citizens, a valid passport number is required to book travel. Please do not include this in your application, we will ask for it later if you are selected.
