FL-EHNs Required Trainings/Meetings
All FL-EHNs are required to complete the initial and quarterly training sessions and attend monthly meetings with the project team.

FL-EHNs Participant Support Activities
All FL-EHNs are asked to select and perform 2-4 of the activities below per month. The maximum monthly compensation is $125 (including compensation for the monthly meeting).

UPON COMPLETION OF EACH TRAINING/MEETING OR PARTICIPANT SUPPORT ACTIVITY, FL-EHN WILL FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW FOR DOCUMENTATION.
