Empowering and supporting students through every career transition.
The ELITE Program (Engineering Leaders in Transfer Engagement) helps engineering transfer students navigate the transition into UF, build community, and access the academic and professional tools they need to thrive.
Today, ELITE has grown into a welcoming hub for any student experiencing a major transition—whether transferring from a college or university, entering UF as a first-year Gator, returning to school, or stepping into engineering for the first time.
To ensure every student—especially those navigating critical academic or professional transitions—feels supported, connected, and confident as they build their future in engineering.
We believe students succeed when they have:
🎯 Access to clear guidance
🎯 Community with peers and mentors
🎯 Opportunities to grow through authentic learning experiences
ELITE provides all three.
