1. Select and acquire print and non-print materials to support the curriculum program of the school.
2. Select and acquire print and non-print library materials to support the intellectual, recreational and sociological needs of its library clients.
3. Promote the widely usage of internet as a medium of research.
4. Develop and provide facilities and resources that promote effective study and research.
5. Create good relationship within the school community through giving the current and standard information.
6. Cooperate with other libraries, museums, and historical societies in the province, region, and nation in increasing the availability of resource materials.
