The proceedings will be published as a special volume of one of the following journal:  East-West Journal of Mathematics (Ranking C in the Australian rankings ABCD), Journal of Analysis and Applications (Indexed in Scopus) or Journal of Algebra and Applied Mathematics (Indexed in Scopus). Only papers of a high standard, carefully refereed, will be included in this Workshop Proceedings.
