Second Announcement
This conference is organized by Nguyen Tat Thanh University (NTTU) and Dong Thap University (DThU). The organizers are encouraged to hold this conference in order to create channels of communication and cooperation. This conference is intended to provide an important forum for mathematicians and scientists worldwide, working in mathematics and related fields. In a relaxing environment, participants from all over the world will report on research findings, exchange ideas, and discuss the trends and prospects of future research. You are cordially invited to attend this grand event. Please mark your calendar and plan ahead to participate in this conference.

Conference Fee: 500.000 VND/per person for Local Participants and 120 USD/per person for Foreign Mathematicians (tax included). The conference fee entitles you to the Book of Collection of Presented Papers (hard copy), free lunches, coffee breaks and welcome dinner but do not include accommodation costs. The conference fee will be paid at the delegate registration desk in the morning of July 15th, 2024.

Proceedings
The proceedings will be published as a special volume of one of the following journal: East-West Journal of Mathematics (Ranking C in the Australian rankings ABCD), Journal of Analysis and Applications (Indexed in Scopus) or Journal of Algebra and Applied Mathematics (Indexed in Scopus). Only papers of a high standard, carefully refereed, will be included in this Conference Proceedings.
