Requirements:
Online Applications
Scanned Copy of student's Transcript of Records
Valid ID of the Student
Student Consent (sent by DRRM verifier thru email)
Photocopy of Company ID of the requesting Verifier officer
Walk-in Applications
Photocopy of student's Transcript of Records
Valid ID of the Student
Student Consent (sent by DRRM verifier thru email)
Photocopy of Company ID of the requesting Verifier officer
