You may choose to have your documents delivered to your address through our official courier partner, or you may opt to pick them up personally. Please note that courier delivery is available for local (within the Philippines) addresses only.

Reminders: 

NO Transcript of Records/Transfer Credentials/Diploma will be released to Proxy unless authorized with a SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (for non-immediate family) or AUTHORIZATION LETTER (for immediate family) from the student concerned. 

NO Transcript of Records/Transfer Credentials/Diploma will be released without claim slip and valid ID.

Transcript of Records/Transfer Credentials/Diploma not claimed within 1 year from date of application shall be discarded for various reasons.
