2019 Season Stats
Stats can be valuable, and they are kept for a reason;
however, the stats do not tell the entire story, and it is not something we should be overly concerned about.
Things to focus on:
Steals should outweigh turnovers (denoted by possession +/-) Kickouts Drawn (KOD) should outweigh Kickouts (KO).
It is important to keep playing smart. Have the vision to pass to the open driver.
Take the high percentage shot. Work together as a team.
It does not matter if you shoot and miss, as long as it is a smart/high percentage shot.
If I feel that we are becoming too focused on the stats themselves then I will no longer allow access to view the file.
It is much more important to get better at playing as a team and working together cohesively rather than focusing on our own individual stats.
We will not be successful as a team if we focus individually on stats.
