Tentative practice schedule for the first two weeks of 'preseason' beginning 8/13 is:
- Monday through Thursday - 7am to 10:30am AND 6pm to 8pm
- Fridays and Saturdays - 7am to 10:30am
Be prepared to swim and do dryland exercises everyday:
- Swim Suit
- Goggles
- Towel
- Shorts
- T-shirt
- Socks and Sneakers
- Water Bottle
- Lock for locker -
*Unfortunately other people take things - if it's not locked I can't do anything about it. Please lock all valuables in locker at all times.

Please make sure all PIAA forms and necessary paperwork along with physical is completely up to date, filled out, and handed into Mr. Greiner's office by July 31st. If those forms are not completed accurately then you are not permitted to practice.
