Mission Statement

It is my mission to provide an Elementary Orchestra Experience that encourages students to do their very best while having fun making music.   Learning to play a musical instrument can be one of the most rewarding experiences of a person’s life, and it is something that can be done throughout life.   Learning to play an instrument well does not happen only within the confines of the lesson and the weekly rehearsal but must include individual practice at home with the encouragement of family members. I want students to realize that through hard work and motivation they can achieve great results and superior musicianship and continue to be lifelong learners of music.
