I am a Ph.D. student in Applied Economics with a minor in Statistics at the University of Florida. I hold a Master of Science in Agriculture and Resource Economics from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Agriculture and Forestry University, Nepal. My academic journey has been enriched by hands-on experience as a graduate research assistant at the Center for Experimental and Applied Economics (CEAE) and the University of Florida, where I honed my skills in applied research and data-driven analysis.

My research focuses on understanding consumer behavior in health, nutrition, and evolving food choices. I specialize in experimental and behavioral economics, leveraging advanced econometrics and machine learning techniques to address key issues. I am particularly passionate about using data-driven insights to influence policies and programs to enhance the welfare of underserved communities in developing countries.

Beyond academics, I am an enthusiastic traveler who finds joy in hiking and trekking in the mountains. Cooking is another passion of mine, and I enjoy experimenting with flavors while listening to acoustic music.
