About

The Private Markets Club's mission is to provide UD students with an opportunity to enrich their understanding of Venture Capital and other private investment sectors (Private Equity, Alternative Investments, Real Estate, etc.) The Private Markets Club facilitates learning a wide variety of marketable skills, including both technical skills (valuation, Excel, Bloomberg) and soft skills (communication, networking, pitching.) The Club will provide students with access to opportunities to interact with real private investment firms through participation in case competitions, engagement with a great community of guest speakers/advisors, information-sharing and more!

Organizational Structure

The Private Markets Club is led by the executive board, which includes a President, Vice President, Director of Operations, and three general executive board members. Some responsibilities of the executive board include organizing club meetings, spearheading recruitment, planning case studies, hosting guest speaker events, providing education to members, and much more.
