Phi Chi Theta is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within our organization and in the broader business community. We believe that a diverse and inclusive environment is essential for fostering creativity, innovation, and growth.

To that end, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all members, regardless of their background, feel valued and respected. We actively seek out opportunities to engage with diverse communities within the University of Delaware.

In addition, we also provide ongoing education and training for our members on issues related to DEI. This includes workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities that help our members develop a deeper understanding of these important issues.
