My name is Sara Bartley and I am a third year Clinical Mental Health Counseling student. I am enjoying learning through practice at my internship at Alfa Counseling in Columbus.

I am a school psychology intern at Jonathan Alder Local Schools, just west of Columbus.  I am also the secretary of the Whole Family Wellness lab.

I am a student in the University of Dayton’s School Psychology Program. I was previously a teacher for 7 years who taught in the Dayton and Springfield area. I am a member of the Resource Mapping Lab working to develop resources that help support practitioners in our community.

Lindsey Kearns 

I have been an educator for 20 years and I am currently a high school counselor in Cincinnati.  If I am not working you can find me on the trails running, reading a good book or traveling somewhere on my list. All animals (especially dogs) have a special place in my heart.

I am in my final year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of Dayton, and am currently a counselor trainee at Darby Creek Counseling. Through BHWET, I am a member of the Whole Family Wellness Lab.

I am a Clinical Mental Health Student and will graduate in May of 2023. I’m also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator.  I’m very excited to be on the First Responder Wellness Lab.

 I am beginning my third year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at the University of Dayton on main campus. I am a CT at a youth day treatment facility in Moraine, OH and will graduate in May, 2024. I serve on the Resource Mapping team for the BHWET grant.

I am a second year School Counseling student. I work as a Second Step Coordinator at West Franklin Elementary Schools. I am working with WFES and Franklin Heights HS for my internship and practicum.

My name is Jessica Royster and I am a School Psychology Intern in Canal Winchester Schools. I live in Columbus with my husband and four children. I am part of the Whole Family Wellness Lab and I am proud to be working on the grant that will help to bring resources to families.

I am in my second year of the clinical mental health program at UD and am completing my internship at Kovacs Counseling in Columbus, OH. My role for the resource lap team is the Administrative Liaison and I work to keep communication open between my lab partners and the administrative team.

I work full time as an elementary school counselor, with 4 years of experience. I am currently studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a part of the SEL lab.

Magen Arenschield

I am a second year student on the clinical mental health counseling track at UD. I am completing my internship at Mid Ohio Psychological Services and have been participating in the BHWET grant on the resource mapping team. I specifically have been working on gathering resources in multpile counties for those experiencing homelessness.

I am a University of Dayton student earning my degree in School Counseling. I am in the Resource Mapping lab, and my lab role is Project Lead/Researcher for Intimate Partner Violence.

I am a student in the Clinical Psychology Master’s program at the University on Dayton, and I also work as a Registered Behavior Technician at Positive Solutions Behavior Group. I am a proud member of our Career Interventions lab, where I help out with making connections with the London school system, developing curriculum on clinical psychology, and preparing psychology-based career fairs.

Hello! I am in the school counseling program at the University of Dayton. In the BHWET program, I am a member of the Career Interventions lab where we promote the mental health field to students in the Dayton/Columbus area. We hope to recruit strong, diverse leaders in our field.

I am in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program as a counselor trainee at a local University. I am the project lead in the Social Emotional Wellness lab in the BHWET grant. As project lead, I assist my lab members with promoting and creating sustainable mental health wellness installations throughout multiple communities.

Selena Parker

I am a clinical mental health counseling student in my final year at UD and interning at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in crisis as a counseling intern. I am in the 1st responder wellness lab and we are developing curriculum to promote 1st responder wellness. Currently, I am the secretary for the 1st responder lab and my role helps keep our lab organized.

I am in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, working as an Mental Health Therapist Intern for University of Dayton’s ECHO Program as a Mental Health Therapist. My lab under the BHWET grant is the First Responder Wellness Lab where I work as part of a group focusing on environmental needs in first responder wellness promotion.

Hello! I am currently a third year student in the School Psychology graduate program at UD and am an intern at Bellbrook-Sugarcreek School District. I had a previous career in the arts and am happy to be a part of the SEW lab where I am helping create tasks related to emotional and environmental wellness.

I am a current Graduate Student in the clinical mental health program at University of Dayton-Dublin. My responsibilities include seeing clients as a licensed counseling trainee and doing research with the Behavior Workforce Training Lab as a research assistant.
