Are there any specific deadlines?
Yes, there are specific deadlines scholars should be aware of.
The first specific deadline is the end of the program, on May 10th, 2022. This will be the final day students can earn their graduation certificate, so we strongly advise submitting final projects at least three days before that date. Remember, it takes 2 - 3 days for a project submission to be reviewed!
The other deadlines are the Weekly Schedule we've presented for each track is our recommended pace for study. If you keep pace with it, you should be able to complete all coursework before the end of the program.

How long do I need to work on this course?
In order to keep pace with the Weekly Schedule, we recommend scholars spend at least 10 - 15 hours per week devoted to their studies. In addition, scholars should set aside at least two hours to attend the mandatory Connect sessions. If scholars maintain this level of study through the 12-week program, they should be able to complete all projects and receive their graduation certificate!

You can study on your own schedule, as you complete the course by May 10th, 2022. You'll have complete access to the Nanodegree program in your classroom as long as you have a working Internet connection! We understand scholars have different schedules and demands on their time, and will therefore need to work on the material on a schedule that works best for them individually. The most important thing is making consistent progress each and every week!
I have an upcoming obligation (work, school, travel, etc.) and will not be able to work on my course for a couple of weeks; will this negatively impact my ability to complete the Nanodegree program?

We understand that everyone has busy lives, and you cannot be devoted to your coursework 100% of the time! If you miss a week or two, this will not have an impact on your overall participation, but if you will be offline for a month or more, then youβll be approaching or exceeding half of your overall course time! If this is necessary, we recommend setting aside time (even just 10-15 minutes makes a difference) a couple of times per week to stay active in the various communities and make incremental progress in your coursework.
