I’m Jay, a person studying bioinformatics and critical gender studies, hoping to push workplace boundaries to create more space for queer PoC people in professional spaces! Over the past couple years, I have learned a lot about mutual aid and hope to implement more horizontal and sustainable support in the community. I am also working to utilize the institution’s resources to foster broader reaching community care. Beyond coursework and QTPoC, I love reading, being in nature, and a bit of gardening. If you want to reach out or need a good hug find me at the gspot or SPACES
