Before you return to campus

Summary (as of 3/21/2022):
(1) Get your booster and submit documentation (if needed) by 1/31/2022
(2) Spring Quarter: Testing requirement the first day you return to campus: Everyone returning to campus MUST do a PCR test their first day back on-campus. This can be done via vending machine, drive thru or walk up.
(2) Set-up your Daily Symptom and Exposure Screener with Christina Knerr Frink as your supervisor (cknerr@ucsd.edu)

Testing, Masking & Mandates
Masking Requirement (as of 3/21/2022)
Masks required in the classroom, on transportation and in clinical settings.
Masking is strongly encouraged in all other indoor and outdoor spaces.
N95 or KN95 Masks strongly recommended.
Symptomatic: UC San Diego Health Testing Support Line at 619-543-8260 (or answer your daily symptom and exposure screener accordingly)
Weekly testing encouraged for all
Required for students Weeks 1-3
Twice a week testing required for those who are unvaccinated
Asymptomatic Testing
You cannot ask anyone their vaccination status
Supervisors will have a dashboard to view if individuals are in compliance (either vaccinated or current on testing requirements with an approved exception)
