8:30 AM – Discuss with the Soup Kitchen volunteers about sending patients to the waiting room (on-site collaborators)
Before 8:50 AM the teams will be organized for the day
A registration station will be created according to instructions by the HFiT attending physician
A Vital Signs / Rapid test station will be created
Three clinic shadowing stations
Option for students visiting via Zoom between 9:00 & 9:15 AM
Consult will start and computer equipment will be positioned to facilitate interaction between students, patients, and volunteers.
Priority will be given to the above procedures
In case of an emergency, students will be informed about the situation and asked to wait.
Outpatient services will finish at 12:30 PM to clean and sterilize the clinical spaces,
Patients not seen by noon will be rescheduled for another appointment.
Between 1:00-1:15 PM faculty, students, and volunteers will debrief and discuss cases.
Medical notes will be completed and added to the EMR by medical students, faculty, and volunteers before 2 PM
Include a diagnosis using ICD-10 codes for ALL consultations (see ICD-10 Search)
Students will be added to the virtual Zoom visit between 8:50 and 9:15 AM
Students will keep their video cameras during telemedicine interactions
At the beginning of the consult, students will present to the patients and ask for permission to participate in the medical encounter
If a patient does not authorize the student's participation, sound and video will be suspended until the patient leaves
Students will have access to audio and video after the patient leaves the medical office
Students need to dress appropriately and be in a space where there is privacy and will not be interrupted. Students in pijamas or similar attire will not be allowed to participate.

PHQ4/9 results
GAD7 results if requested
TB results if higher than 10
