Our design can be broken down into 3 large components: the motor system, the motion platform, and instrument attachments. The broad idea of the system will be to utilize threaded rods on stepper motors to produce x-y motion of the platform. This system will attach to the base of the electropuls test frame, and the pegboard will attach the instruments for testing.

We used Fusion 360 to CAD the models. The first few images are CAD models for the prototype, as well as instrument attachments for the pegboard (including rigid and flexible fixtures such as the Bar and V-blocks).
This is the current solution. In the pictures on the left shows the finalized prototype, as well as the pegboard with its connecting parts.
