Alicia Tam
4th Year
Speculative Design
Alicia is interested in pursuing architectural/ urban design as a means to address urban inequity and environmental injustice issues. She has experience in project management, and supervision of teams. Her technical skills include AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Alicia led the project team, assisted in designing open spaces and overall planning, and edited the website.
Doris Liu
4th Year
Urban Studies & Planning
Doris is interested in a career in residential architecture, specifically as an architectural designer and in the future perhaps a licensed architect. She has professional certifications in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit for Architecture. In this project team, she worked on modeling the residential buildings and building this website.
Eli Rodriguez
1st Year
Structural Engineering
Eli is interested in creating functional, comfortable spaces through engineering, architecture, and interior design. She has experience with Autodesk software. She worked on establishing this website and the residential building façade for this project.
Ethan Olson
2nd Year
Urban Studies & Planning
Ethan is interested in sustainable design and creating unique senses of place through the built environment. His skills include sketching, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. For this project, he helped design building concepts, plan building locations/functions, and research native vegetation.
Johnathan Lalouz
2nd Year
Urban Studies & Planning
Johnathon is interested in sustainable design and transportation planning. He has experience in using SketchUp. In this project team, he worked on the commuter lounge, overall planning of buildings and flow of transportation.
Kevin Chen
2nd Year
Urban Studies & Planning
Kevin is interested in architecture, urban design, and international urban development. He is adept in using SketchUp. In this project team, he worked on the Commuter Lounge Building, rendering the residential building, and overall planning.
Kevin Phan
2nd Year
Structural Engineering
Kevin aims to be involved in a blend of design and engineering in his future. He has a passion for design with fine arts as well as through designing for a literary magazine. He also has experience with Photoshop which he applied for the project's residential buildings' façades.
Obadiah Valdez
2nd Year
Mechanical Engineering
Obadiah aspires to be a Mechanical Design Engineer but is also interested in the development of cities and the future of architecture. He is experienced in using SketchUp. In this project team, he worked on modeling residential buildings and mapping out accessibility points.
Sabrina Wan
4th Year
Structural Engineering
Sabrina is interested in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design. She hopes to one day be able to combine her passions and specialties in industry. Sabrina is experienced in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator. In this project team, she helped design and plan multiple iterations of the open spaces.
Sara Walston
2nd Year
Structural Engineering
Sara is interested in addressing the housing affordability crisis through the multidisciplinary application of urban design/planning, public policy, and urban economics. For this project she used her AutoCAD and SketchUp experience to assist in designing and modeling the open spaces.
