Future Directions

Further work on this project will include the following aspects.

• Optimization of more parameters

  • Agitation method

  • Speed of agitation 

  • Volume of liquid in bioreactor

  • Ratio of liquid to agar beads in bioreactor

  • Etc.

• Automation of agar bead replacement

• Further testing of components with the Chi.Bio System and testing out other systems
