The process
The process
We design and clone custom gRNA to your favorite gene. Just send us a text file with gene symbols. Indicate whether it's human or mouse.
What gRNA vector do you use?
What gRNA vector do you use?
We use a pSicoR backbone vector. The gRNA is driven by a mouse U6 promoter. We use the Gen2 tracrRNA sequence described in Chen et. al. 2013. The vector also has a EF1a promoter driving expression of puroR-T2A-cherry or EF1a promoter driving expression of zeo-T2A-GFP.
