Presentations

The screen for the conference room is the entire front wall,  therefore , we are encouraging folks to use a 16:9 ratio. 

We can support PowerPoint, Keynote, or a pdf.

We are collecting the talks in one location so that we can play from a single laptop. Please plan to submit your talk by 7a the morning you are presenting. So if you are presenting on Tuesday morning, you will need to have your talk uploaded by 7a on Tuesday.   You will receive an email from us with a Google Drive link to upload. 

Also, we ask that you arrive 30 min early to do all of the basic checks before your talk.
