Doors open at 8:30 am and the conference starts at 9:30. Coffee, tea, and water will be available about 9 am. There is also a cafe on the ground floor of the building with food and drink options.
We encourage the use of public transportation when possible. Stanford is located close to the Palo Alto Caltrain station. Free campus shuttles offer transportation to and from the CalTrain Station. The X & Y lines offer the closest drop-off location to the meeting venue. The P line runs more frequently, with drop-offs at the Oval, a slightly longer walk.
Parking is also available on campus. Parking permits can be provided at no cost to participants who sign up in advance, and are valid in all A & C parking spaces on campus. Nearby garages include the Roble Field Garage and the Via Ortega Garage. We strongly encourage car-pooling for those driving to campus to help save on meeting costs.
We will provide lunch. A limited number of vegetarian and vegan options will be provided. There are also a number of nearby campus eateries for those who prefer to purchase their own food options. Outdoor and indoor seating is available at the first-floor cafe.
Coffee, tea and water will also be provided throughout the day.
Stanford University has a guest WiFi network, as well as the eduroam network.
