We have scheduled 15 minutes per person that includes time for the presentation, Q/A, and changing speakers. 

Please prepare your presentation for a broad planetary science audience.

We ask presenters to upload there presentations to a Google Drive folder that they will have received a link to via eamil. 

Your poster can be up to 48 in x 48 in (112 cm x 112 cm). 

Feel free to use a poster that you already made if that's helpful.

There will be 4'x8' tack boards set up to hang posters, in the same room as talks. Doors open at 8:30 am and it would be great to get posters hung by 9:20 am, if possible, before the start of the oral sessions. The poster session is scheduled for 1:30-2:45PM after lunch. We will have a round of lightning talks for the posters to kick off the poster session, for which we ask each presenter to prepare one slide and be prepared to speak for 1 minute! Please upload slides to the Google Drive in your confirmation email.
