We have scheduled 20 minutes per person that includes time for the presentation, Q/A, and changing speakers. Please plan to speak for 12-15 min so that there is plenty of time for discussion.

Please prepare your presentation for a broad audience.

Your poster should be 44 in x 44 in (112 cm x 112 cm). This is exactly the same as that poster size for  LPSC.

Feel free to use a poster that you already made if that's helpful.

There are magnetic white boards set up to hang posters. The size should be about 3-4 feet wide, but we have some flexibility. Let Janice Bishop (jbishop@seti.org) know if your poster is wider than 4 feet. Doors open at 8:30 am and it would be great to get posters hung by 9:15 am, if possible. The poster session is scheduled for 1:20-2:20 after lunch.
