Your 60.00 USD registration fee includes:
Morning coffee/tea/pastries on Saturday and Sunday

Conference registration cutoff is Tuesday August 2nd @ Noon PT.
Registration for on-campus Sierra Madre Apartments is first-come first served with, unless fully booked.
- People interested in Sierra Madre lodging are encouraged to register early.
UCLA

Major requirements: Must be presenting at the conference (poster or talk). Applications must be submitted 2 weeks before the departure date. No applications awarded if submitted after meeting/travel.
Limits: Can only be considered for one travel award per fiscal year. Covers domestic travel up to $700.
UC Merced
Information: Senate faculty are granted a yearly amount for incidentals which we can use to pay for travel expenses, supplies, memberships. Most teaching professors get ~ $1500/year in their Incidental Fund. If in need, petition school dean to see if the dean can provide extra funds.
UC Davis

Major requirements: UC Davis travel grant application must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the meeting. No applications awarded if submitted after meeting/travel. May 31 deadline for UC Davis travel grants for travel through June 30, 2023. New application for travel past June 30 will open in Spring.
Limits: UC Davis grants faculty up to one grant per fiscal year with a limit of up to $800
UCI

Major requirements: Need to apply through your own school or unit, not a centralized process. All funds are to be expended or committed by the SRCs by June 30th of the same academic year.

UCSD

Major requirements: Funds will not be awarded retroactively. Applications may be submitted anytime but must be received prior to the conference date.
Preference will be given to presentation of papers/works of art in well-established conferences, symposia, or festivals with fairly substantial attendance (e.g. those sponsored by professional societies/associations). Only the presenting author or session organizer/presider may apply for a travel award. A copy of the acceptance of the paper on the program or a copy of the program must accompany the request.
Limits: Starting FY23, awards for domestic travel are limited to $750. Travel to Mexico and Canada are awarded under domestic travel limits.
UC Santa Cruz

UC Berkeley

Senate faculty have access to the annual Berkeley Excellence Accounts for Research (BEAR) funds. All ladder faculty members will be eligible for up to $4,000 per year in research funds.
Poster Information
For those interested in presenting a teaching, research, or service related project at the meeting, you have the option of presenting a poster. This will be a great opportunity to disseminate your work and obtain feedback from your colleagues. Poster registration will occur during the meeting registration process. Requested information includes:

Author List (in the form of First Name Middle Initial Last Name - e.g. Jane S. Doe, with commas separating authors)
Poster abstract (400 words max)
