Yoga - Revile has a student discount, and the SRC offers classes
"go outside" - Sycamore Canyon, Two Trees, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the UCR Botanical Gardens are all great places to get out doors. You can also walk around campus for a 5 minute fresh-air break

Visit family - or ask them to visit you. UCR has lots of vistor attractions
Take a break from coffee - great alternatives would be tea, juice, or hot cocoa
Read (for enjoyment) - sometimes reading math can be overwhelming, so take time to read things that relax your brain. Riverside has a few great bookstores like Cellar Door and Downtowne Bookstore
