INSA Summer Research Fellowship Programme 2017: During this internship, I have learned about the geochemical analysis of the ocean core sediments under the guidance of Dr. Sushant Naik at CSIR-National Institute of Oceanography, Goa.
The topic of this research work was “Glacial-interglacial variations in calcium carbonate content of a sediment core from the South Atlantic Ocean”.
INSA Summer Research Fellowship Programme 2016: During this summer internship, I worked for two months with Dr. Santanu Bose at Calcutta University to conduct laboratory experiments to decipher the different controls for formation of a viscous orogenic wedge.
The title of this work was 'Control of the Width of Collisional Zone in the Development of Viscous Wedge'.
