Conference Venue 

This in-person conference will take place at Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina Hotel 

Sessions will be held at the Promenade Room and Palos Verdes Room

• The discount rate for Conference Participants is US $269 per night (single or double occupancy) + 13.195% occupancy tax. All guests have access to complimentary wireless internet, in-room Keurig coffee maker, Business Center access, and 24-hour Fitness Center

• The link for hotel booking will be here soon. Do not book it yourself by calling the hotel now as you won't get the room rate! Please let us know your arrival and departure date by filling it the Registration Form

There are several hotels nearby but with higher rates than ours. We get group discount, so we recommend that you stay at Sonesta Hotel

Registration Fee:

Standard fee: August 1 -  August 15:  US$ 180

Late fee: after August 15  2024: US$ 250

Registration Fees: include access to the event, daily catering (coffee and lunch), and the Welcome reception on Thursday, September 26th.

Conference Social Events

• Welcome Reception: Thursday, September 26 at 6pm

Registered participants are invited to freely join us for a drink at the Sol Restaurant at Sonesta Hotel on Thursday, September 26, starting at 6 pm. You need to show your conference badge, which will be available on Thursday September 26 from 5pm on at the Sol Restaurant.  Please tell us if you are coming by filling in the form here. 

• Conference Dinner: Friday, September 27 (it is not included in the registration fee).

The conference dinner will take place on Friday, September 27,  starting at 7 pm. The cost is US$75/person.  The payment can  made here

• Social Events: Saturday, September 28:

      After the conference we will go Pub hoping at Redondo Pier, Hermosa Pier, and Manhattan Beach Pier (many bars have live music). More details coming up   soon!
