Service Hour Due Dates
During the calendar school year, you must complete a total of 15 community service hours. These must be reported for grading periods 1-5. Service hour forms must have hand-written signatures. A hard copy of your summer hours must be submitted via Canvas by August 29, 2025. All hours must be scanned and uploaded to the PRHS NHS Canvas page. Your hours must be reported no later than the following dates by grading period:
Summer Hours- August 29, 2025
Failure to turn in summer service hours results in automatic dismissal from PRHS NHS without probation.
T1 Hours- October 3, 2025
T2 Hours- November 14, 2025 (New members have until this date to turn in 6 total hours for both T1 & T2)
T3 Hours- January 15, 2026
T4 Hours- March 2, 2026
T5 Hours- April 22, 2026
