General Info

ENTRIES

All entries must be input through NC.milesplit and the Each school is allowed to enter 3  athletes per event except in the field events.  Each athlete may enter no more than 4 events including field events. We will cut down entries in al field events down to the top 24 contestants.   All entries must be entered by 11:00 pm on Wednesday March 4th, 2026.  No entries will be accepted after this date.  An entry fee of $100.00 per team (boys and girls are separate teams) or $20.00 for unattached athletes. If you are bringing both gender teams the cost is $175  This is an entry fee, not a participation fee.  No shows are not entitled to a refund.  All fees must be paid by credit card when entries are submitted through MileSplit.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Entry Fee: $100 per gender team. $175 if you sign up both genders.

Entry fee for individuals- $20 per athlete per event.  1 athlete in 4 events would be $80.

All payments will be done through Milesplit. 

If payment is not made your team will be pulled from the meet.

CHECK IN

Athletes will check in under the scoreboard before their events.  Athletes will be walked to the starting line of their event after check in.  All athletes must be in a proper uniform at check in. 

WARM UPS

The track will be open at 4:30 PM for team and athlete Warm-ups. The track will be closed for all warm ups starting at 5:25 P.M when field events start.   During the course of the meet, only those athletes called to their events will be allowed on the infield or track.  We have 2 practice fields and the rest of our campus for athletes to properly warm up.  Any athlete on the infield when they are not supposed to be will first be warned and kicked off of the infield and a if seen a second time will be disqualified from the meet.
