Monday July 10-
7:30 A.M- Finish all registration and get camp shirts
8 A.M- First official camp meeting. Coach Allen will speak to all campers to go over the plan for the week and all camp rules. Introduce all of the camp coaches/counselors. Split into age groups that they will be with for the duration of the camp.
8:45 A.M- Go through our daily warm up exercises.
9:15 A.M- Each group will go with a different coach for guided direction on some form of track and field. Areas will include- Block work, running form, jumping drills, jumping form, hurdle form, speed training, and throwing techniques.
10 A.M- Snack Break- Concession stand will be open

11 A.M- Game of the day
12 P.M- Pick up all Athletes

7:45 A.M- Drop athletes off
8:00 A.M- Coach Allen talks with Campers. Courtney O’Donnell-Speaker will speak with all campers about proper nutrition.
8:45 A.M- Go through our daily warm up exercises.
