Directors Profile—Dustin Allen

Coach Allen is a 2011 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He has been the Varsity head coach of the track and field program at Cuthbertson High School for 3 years. Coach Allen was named the Charlotte Observer coach of the year in 2017 as well as the Southern Carolina Conference Coach of the year in 2017. Coach Allen led the 2016 women’s team to a regional championship and the 2017 women’s team to an indoor state championship, 2017 outdoor conference championship, and a outdoor state runner up finish. Coach Allen led the 2018 women Cavs to the indoor state championship, regional championship, and a conference championship. This year the lady Cavs made it 3 indoor state Championships in a row, while the boy's were state runner ups!!!!

Courtney O’Donnell-Speaker

Courtney O’Donnell is a National Marketing Director with The Juice Plus+ Company. She launched her Juice Plus+ business in March 2009. Courtney is a mom of her 5 children, Conner – who attends UNC- Charlotte, Kylie – who attends Cornell University, Emma- 14 years old, Jacob- 13 years old and Mia- 10 years old. They reside in the Lake Norman Area of NC. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Health and Fitness from East Carolina University, Courtney continued her education and became a certified personal trainer. After owning and operating a successful personal training business for over 24 years, Courtney now focuses on sharing a simple nutritional solution to everyone’s health with Juice Plus+. Courtney’s passion has always been building others up through encouragement and inspiration; now she continues to do this with thousands of people around the world. Courtney feels extremely blessed knowing that she has found her “home” with The Juice Plus+ Company.
