Shared Print Coordinators

The Shared Print Coordinators are individuals at each campus and RLF that are focused on the operational implementation of shared print activities. The Shared Print Coordinators group meets bi-monthly to discuss the implementation of the JACS project and receive updates on other relevant UC shared print activities, such as WEST or HathiTrust. This group may be requested to provide input on projects or questions taken up by the Shared Print Operations or Strategy Teams. Members are appointed locally by the campuses and RLFs.

Each campus also designates contacts for JACS shipping coordination, which may differ from the campus Shared Print Coordinator(s). Please see the Shipping Contacts and Directory for lists of shipping contacts at each campus and RLF as well as Iron Mountain contacts.
