The conference will take place at La Cristalera, a resort sited in the village of Miraflores de la Sierra,  50 km from Madrid.

The number of participants is restricted to 90 people with housing at La Cristalera restricted to 70 people mostly on a basis of double rooms occupancy. In addition to the bedrooms area, facilities include a lecture room, aditional space for meetings, poster, bar/cafeteria, a dinning hall for 100 people, a big garden and a swimming pool. Please, do not forget your  your swimming suit and your trekking shoes .

We offer 4 registration modalities:

1. Senior with accommodation: 450€. Conference fee, conference dinner, accommodation (in double room) and all meals are included.

2. Junior with accommodation: 300€. Available to graduate students. All included, accommodation in a triple room modality.

3. Senior without accommodation: 300€.  It includes conference fee, luch and conference dinner.

4. Junior without accommodation: 200€. Available to graduate students. It includes conference fee, luch and conference dinner.

Late registration: prices will be increased by 50€ after April 22, 2024
