Explain the limits of confidentiality in developmental appropriate terms through handbooks, classroom lessons, and social media accounts
Protect the confidentiality of students' records

Guide individuals in setting goals and developing strategies to succeed in their education
Build essential skills in time management, decision making, interpersonal communication, and empowering individuals to thrive in all areas of life
Provide resources to participate in electronic school counseling
Provide the same legal and ethical standards as in-person counseling
Recognize the challenges with virtual distance settings of assisting students with harmful events
