The Final Degree Paperwork (PhD Form II) will be routed after your defense has taken place. Please note that final degree paperwork includes: 

1. You submitting your Thesis Dissertation (electronic or paper) with UCI Libraries;

2. You completing all required surveys and uploading attachments to the PhD Form II; and 

3. The PhD Form II routing through for signature by you, your entire committee, CogSci Graduate Director (Megan Peters), and Social Science Associate Dean (Barbara Sarnecka); and
