On its 10th Anniversary, Chicano Park reached a milestone as it was officially designated a San Diego Historical Site. The theme of the event honored the connection between the Logan community and the Bay of San Diego as they faced, and continue to face, issues of bay access to the public. The poster reads "All the Way to the Bay," which relates to the continued fight for the community to demand recreational bay access.
