Who needs a grace quarter?

Anyone not enrolled as a full-time student who would like to continue living at UCHA must be on a grace quarter.

What are the eligibility requirements?

To apply, you must be below 8 hours chore deficient, below $200 rent deficient, and equal to or below 2 bathroom deficiencies.

How many grace quarters can I have?

You are typically granted your first and second grace quarter (unless you fail to meet the eligibility requirements or have been uncooperative in the past). However, the third grace quarter is granted RARELY, for coopers who have made an explicitly positive impact on the coop (e.g. crew chiefs, people who have hosted co-op events, etc)
