Staff Development Day 2026 will continue bringing together workshops, conversations, and hands-on sessions designed to support the evolving ways we work, create, communicate, and collaborate across FIT.
This year’s program explores timely workplace topics including communication, documentation, meetings, conflict resolution, labor history, collective advocacy, and cross-campus collaboration — offering practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and meaningful discussion staff can bring back to their everyday work.
The goal of this event is to bring staff together from across the college to learn, connect, and grow.
