Hospital Management Systems:
As a part of the Database Management class, I built a Hospital Management web portal. The goal of this project was to help doctors manage their appointments and keep track of patient's recovery by sending them timely reminders. On the other hand, the portal also allowed registered patients to view doctor's calendar and request appointments. Working on this project helped me understand some basic database concepts including PHP and MySQL.
Vehicle Parking System:
The idea for another project for the Software Engineering class stemmed from observing local area parking problems. I built an android Online Parking System that allowed people to locate free parking spots and request reservations beforehand. I also included a payment gateway to help users pay online while requesting their spot reservation.There is also a chat-box linked with the project which will give information for the naive users about how to use the app.
Graphics library development:
Developed the graphics library for 2D and 3D transformation of the polygon images,Rasterizing the polygon objects,Clipping the polygons,Painter's algorithm on polygons,Half-toning and Gouraud Shading on the polygon images.
Developed graphics library for Beizer and B-Spline curves within the specified points in polygon.
