Annotated Bibliography

Finding, reading through, and analyzing the credibility of existing literature on my research topic was much more difficult than I originally anticipated it being. The hardest part, in my opinion, was assessing the credibility of the authors, as it required me to do a plethora of background research on each. Using Google Scholar as well as the UC Davis Library Catalog, I found that there is very little research done on formerly incarcerated students at four-year universities, as most of the existing literature focuses on formerly incarcerated students at city colleges. This made my search for useful articles a little more difficult, but I was eventually able to find and gather enough information to create a complete annotated bibliography.
