Abstracts for either a talk or poster (or both) should be submitted below. Please note the length is limited to 250 words.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the organizing committee to invite lightning speakers for the event. These talks will be between 5-7 minutes and should focus on recent advances or to spark conversation in the community.
Because this is a one-day only event, it is likely that not all those who submit abstracts for talks will be invited to speak. As necessary, these decisions will be made based on the relevancy and timeliness of the proposed talk to the current aerospace engineering field. Furthermore, as appropriate, we may form talks into relevant topic focused groups to support with the decision process. Submissions that are not invited for a talk will be invited for a poster.
Please note that attendance is limited to folks at institutions based in Northern California.
The review will be completed and invitations will be sent out to participants for either talks or posters by the end of November. At this point, we expect to invite faculty/senior researchers for talks and graduate students for posters, although depending on submissions this may vary.
