This weekend, a large group of boarders accompanied by Ms. Jinha attended the UCC Theatre production of A Christmas Carol in the David Chu Theatre. The production featured 19 members of the boarding community and ran for three nights. The cast and crew included Year 12 Wedd’s students Patrick, who starred as Scrooge, Daniel as the Ghost of Christmas Past and Wedd’s Senior House Advisor Ms. Blagona, who directed the play and her daughter Mila who was one of the characters. Congratulations to all members of the cast and crew!

As boarders look forward to the winter break and returning home to their families or hosts, a series of activities have been planned, including a staff versus student trivia night and hockey game, pet visits, cookie decorating and holiday craft-making! The activities will culminate in the holiday family group dinner and concert next week. This week, many boarders enjoyed gingerbread cookie decorating (and eating!).
