All students should be very close to having submitted their applications to all universities. If students are still working on their supplementary essays, they should continue to work with their university counsellor to update them on the progress and to ask for any help or assistance as they’re happy to do so!
All Year 12 students must update their Naviance account ASAP, indicating all of the universities to which they are applying this includes all universities in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K.
When checking their university student portals, some may indicate that students need to submit their final IB grades/transcripts (for example, it says this on the Queen’s SOLUS Student Portal in the “To Do” list), but students do not need to do anything about this at this time. They will be required to follow a separate process in the spring (when requesting their final IB results to be sent directly from the IBO to the university they will be attending in the fall).
